This band conjures up images of fine red wine with their rich resonance from the Balkans irregular rhythms. They make you feel at home with their familiar gypsy sounds. Babaganoush dare you to feel the joy and sorrow which naturally flow from their Klezmer collection. They give you a kaleidoscope of separate sounds which come together in forms and shapes… pleasures that only music can bring.

The Concertino Trio is by far one of the most successful world gypsy bands Australia has seen, but also one of Australia's most noteworthy cultural export. The Trio is led by Australia's virtuoso violinist - Igor Oskolkov, managed by superb cellist, Alex Begelfor and completed by exceptional, virtuoso pianist Vitaly Barishnikov. Their repertoire includes traditional as well as original gypsy tunes and world folk music from Middle East, South America, Armenia, Greece, Russia, Romania, Hungary, as well as other Eastern European countries.
